  • 台灣大學法律學院副教授，德國海德堡大學法學博士。
    主要研究領域為憲法理論、言論自由，特別是數位時代中的言論自由和人格權。近五年的學術關切重點在於社群媒體自動化演算法對於公共領域的結構衝擊，以及資訊經濟體系下的個人資料與人格權保護。
